In a class of their own

Alumni Yearbooks provide a lasting record of a student’s career and are the perfect way to round off the final year. They provide a unique, personal, informative and enduring record. They are more personal than the official magazine and photograph, more of a record than an autograph book and more permanent than a farewell party.

For staff, the Yearbooks are useful tools to mark the end of students’ careers and can be presented at end of year ceremonies. They also provide a useful reference source of old students.

A lasting memory

Alumni Yearbooks are produced to the highest standard. They are usually hard bound, A4 size. They are covered in library-quality buckram or faux-leather with the title and emblem foil blocked, usually in either silver or gold. All pages are stitched, making the books extremely durable. We also publish smaller A5 books.

Alumni Yearbooks are usually in portrait format, but they can also be produced at no extra cost in landscape format if required.

We also offer soft-back Yearbooks at a reduced price.

Order quantities

Unlike most of our competitors, we are happy to publish small numbers of Yearbooks - there is no minimum order.

Personal service

We provide a friendly, personal service and are always available to guide you through every step of the production process.

We are more than happy to make a personal visit in order to offer guidance and to show you samples of our publications at first hand. We usually arrange an informal, no-obligation meeting to discuss production procedures and timings, but can also happily take you through the whole process via email or on the phone.

What's in an Alumni Yearbook?

The content of any Yearbook is entirely individual and is determined by each Leavers’ Yeargroup. Since no two Yeargroups are the same, no two Yearbooks will be. We do not insist you keep to a strict formula, but we are always available to offer help and advice on content and style. To this end, we can offer templates to follow or adapt to your own requirements.
